To keep a non-profit conference, the registration fee will be:

• Full delegate

                 - before 15 July 2006        RMB￥2000 (or US$250)
                 - after 15 July 2006           RMB￥2400 (or US$300)

• Full-time Student

                 - before 15 July 2006        RMB￥1600 (or US$200)
                 - after 15 July 2006            RMB￥2000 (or US$250)

• Accompanying Person

                 - before 1 September        RMB￥1200 (or US$150)

The conference fee covers publishing of the presenting papers, a copy of the conference proceedings, welcome reception, conference banquet, breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon tea.

Papers can be included in the conference proceeding only if the full registration fee of the participant is received before 15 July 2006.

For budgetary purpose, each participant paying full registration fee can only submit one paper. An extra publication fee of RMB￥800 (or US$100) is applicable for each additional paper submitted by a participant.
