　　Office of the President and Party committee in Tianjin University is a general office of the school Party committee and school administration. Guided by the steadfast tenets of virtue advocacy, truth seeking, erudition and dedication, the office focuses on the strategic tasks and central work of the school, and gives full play to its “Four Functions” that include counseling, general coordination, connection and supervision. It has also done a good job in providing “Three Services”, that is, to serve leaders, administrators and grass roots as well. As the office is constantly striving to come up with creative ideas, cultivate talents, make achievements and gain experiences, it aims to become one of the exemplary organizations that is learning, creative and service-oriented in Tianjin University and contribute to the sound and rapid development of the school.
